Raspberry Jalapeno Grilled Cheese

The other morning as I was planning out breakfast I looked into my fridge and saw raspberry jalapeno jelly. I took it out and was determined to use it. This is the delicious open face sandwich I came up with.

You will need:
Bread (I used a delicious loaf of multigrain bread from Harmon's)
Raspberry Jalapeno Jam/Jelly
Chipotle Cheddar
Goat Cheese
Turkey





Slice your bread to about half inch slices and put them in a panini press. You can also toast them or skip this step altogether if you'd like your bread softer. Then top each slice with the jelly, chipotle cheddar, turkey (I put it on the skillet awhile to heat it up but that's optional) , and finally goat cheese. You can then put it on a skillet and cover it so that all your cheese melts to gooey deliciousness.


I served it with peaches and green tea and it was amaaaazing. I hope you try it out because I love it and I'm sure you will too. It's super simple and super delicious.
